Rakhi is an experienced HR consultant with over 17 years of experience. She has extensively worked in the areas of competency design, leadership assessment and development , employee engagement, employer branding and performance management.
She has helped design best in class HR practices for several small and medium size enterprises. One of the key projects she led was a large organization transformation project with an engineering design company to help enhance engagement across 4 different business units.
She played a key role in another large leadership development project for a large IT company for their high potential leaders. Rakhi is also a soft skills facilitator for students and young professionals and has worked with over 150 young leaders in the last few years.
