Gayatri’s professional experience over the last twenty-six years has been in the area of talent and leadership development. She has worked on several organizational and people change initiatives, which required her to influence and drive change both at a systemic and people level.

Gayatri has been in various leadership roles and was a part of the founding team of Coach in a Box. She has deep expertise in the disciplines of behaviour and mindset change and uses these insights while leading and managing business and teams.
